The Story: 2-day Trip to Bandung

Hello! What's up folks? I've been idle for blogging in this few months. In this post, I'd like to introduce you a glimpse of Indonesian beauty. Me and my girlfriend traveled some places around Bandung, West Java. We did a lot of fun of course. Just took 2-hour journey from Jakarta to Bandung, and start our 2-day trip afterward. Here's the itinerary and I also submit the cash that is used for our trip.

Day 1:

We started our journey at 11am, and at 1pm we arrived at Bandung. First destination is Dusun Bambu (Bamboo Village) near Lembang. We spent so much time at that Leisure Park, having fun chit chat, canoe-ing, and took a lots of pictures. Dusun Bambu is considered as one among the famous places that visitors should go. 4 persons (@10k) + 1 vehicle (@15k) = 55k IDR. A worth-spending money for sight-seeing and buying something. After we finished our trip at Dusun Bambu at almos 6pm, we continued our journey to the culinary site. The famous Sundanese Restaurant, Laksana, is the best in town! We chose our food, were waiting the food being cooked by the chef. And it took less than 10 minutes for the course being ready to be enjoyed! 4 persons took 105k IDR. So one person pay less than 26K IDR for the food. The "Sambal" (chilli sauce) was so spicy yet tempting. Maybe they sell the popularity of their Sambal! Wait... the culinary session had not been done yet! We continued looking for the nice beverage in Cibadak, we drank durian juice and vegetable juice. It's a bit expensive (45k IDR for 2 beverages), but i'd rather buy this beverage than drink the sugary one! Yes, we finished day 1 here....

Day 2:

Off to Kawah Putih! We took another 2-hour trip to reach this destination. It's not too far from Bandung, but the road was not smooth. Almost exhausted, but we kept on going. We started our journey at 8am and reached there at almost 10am. But after we arrived there, it seemed 2 hours like just some seconds.. We should pay 185k IDR for 2 persons and 1 vehicle. At first, I felt that price is too expensive. But I try to keep my positive mind "The expensive price should be balanced with the better quality". And guess what we found? We were stunned so many times by the beauty of God's creation!! During Ramadhan, it was very "SEPI" (sepi is the antonym of crowded, dunno what is it in English...). So many pictures taken! It's worth-travelling... I can't describe further, it's too beautiful. You can just look at the pics below! After we were stunned so many times in Kawah Putih, we hardly left the place and continued to fill our stomach with another Sundanese Restaurant, Sambara. It was more expensive than Laksana, but we were at the better place and better service. We spent almost 90k IDR.

Total expense: more less 700k IDR (we didn't pay for the accommodations because we lived in relative's home)

I have important advice for you guys, do your holiday in Ramadhan, because Muslims do they fast, and they are too lazy to spend their time during their fasting period. So this is your chance!
